Credits are required for each additional submission to the App Stores
What are credits?
So that you can repeatedly submit your app to Apple's and Google's App Stores, we provide you with so-called credits. You can use these credits to re-submit your app if you make the following changes to your app:
- Using a new app Icons
- Uploading a new splash screen
- Change the app name or
- Activation of In-App registration via Facebook
How does it work with the credits and where can I find them?
If you submit your app to an App Store again, our system will automatically use a credit for it. Of course, you can always see how many credits are still available or have already been used.
Where can I find the credits?
Under Publish > Publishing Status you will find the credits or the credit quota. Declared as Resubmission credits here and highlighted in green. If you have used up the quota of credits, you can request further credits at any time. Click on the Buy Credits button, which will then be displayed in the dashboard.
How many credits do I have at the beginning?
The number of credits you have for free depends on the app plan you choose:
- Full plan: 8 Credits
- Enterprise plan: 100 Credits
I created my app and want to submit it for the first time. Do I also use credits for it?
No, don't worry. The first submission does not consume any credits. This is included in our plans. The credits only refer to the repeated submission of your app due to the reasons mentioned above.
I have a PWA. Are credits necessary for this?
No, because the PWA does not have to be submitted to an App Store. The credit limit only applies to native apps that have also booked the submission service with us. With this service we submit your app to the stores for you.
I don't have a submission service. I submit my app myself. What then?
However, if you submit your app to the App Stores yourself, no credits will be used.
My app has been rejected. What happens to the credit used?
If your app is rejected, the credit will of course be refunded. Only if the submission is successful, it will be deducted from your quota.
Of course, you will not use up any credits if your app has to be resubmitted due to technical requirements on the part of the App Stores. All these updates, which ensure that your app continues to comply with these technical regulations, must be considered separately from the credits.
