How to set up the design slideshow for your app
A new design is available for all our catalog modules – the slideshow. You can use this for your shop, price list or product catalogue module. Call up your catalogue module and select the fourth design option Slideshow under Collection Design and confirm with Save.
The slideshow settings appear directly below, which you can adjust according to your individual ideas.
Active image opacity
Set here the opacity of your "active" product image – the image that your app users have selected when scrolling through one of your catalog modules.
Passive image opacity
All other product images that come directly after the active product image can also be provided with an opacity of your choice. This way, you can make the selected and non-selected images/products stand out well from each other.
Item background color
The selected product image has another layer, which you can assign a background color to. This makes sense if, for example, you want the name/product text to stand out better from the rest of the image.
Title text color
Enter the text color of your product, e.g. Cappuccino, in the color turquoise.
Details text color
If you have further information to the product, e.g. the price, you can represent also this with a color. In the example above it is shown with the color white.
Show product name in two lines
If your product has a longer name, you can display it in the app in two columns. This way you avoid that your product name is not displayed completely and is marked with ... at the end.
Animate active item
If you want your selected product to be animated, you can set the slider here to Yes.
You can also set how long the animation should be.
Specify the direction from which the product texts are to be displayed. You can choose From bottom, From above, From right, From left and Fade in. Just take what you like the most.
Once you've made all the settings, click Save. In addition to the live preview directly in the dashboard, you can also test the new design on your mobile phone (via QR Scan).
