Bind your customers with the loyalty card
Embed the loyalty card into your app
Integrate the loyalty card so you can give your customers a reward for their loyalty. This can be a free coffee or an eleventh haircut at half price.
This is how you proceed
Under GENERAL you can define a name for your stamp card, a description (what is the card for and what can your customers get?) and the number of stamps you want them to collect. You can also select a suitable icon from our icon gallery for the stamps under Icon.
Use custom icon
Of course you can also use your own individual stamp icon. Click on the Upload button. Also confirm the Upload button shown there and select your icon. All uploaded icons will then appear under the item Custom.
If you always want to use the same code to redeem the stamp in the app, set the Use constant code slider to On. Then enter the appropriate code under Your stamp card code.
To enter the code, you can decide whether the input keyboard should be random (On) or not random (Off). On makes sense if you pick up your customer's mobile phone and enter the stamp code yourself. This way you avoid that your customer or someone else accidentally notices which code numbers you enter. Off is primarily suitable for the TAN method. After all, with this procedure your customers can enter the code themselves into your app. To make this faster, they have the usual input field from 0-9.

Visualize the reward as a picture, e.g. a free coffee. Click on Upload to add your image to the stamp card.

Confirm the On slider to limit the time your customer has to redeem the card.
Forgive a time window, how long your customer has time, before the time card expires.
Here you can leave an individual message, which appears to your customer as a popup. Only if he confirms this, he can redeem the card.

You can set how much time your customer has before they can confirm the popup/redemption notice.
Loyalty card with the TAN method
Alternatively, you can also use the TAN procedure. With the Generate button you can generate a certain number of TANS. The minimum is ten TANs and the maximum is 10,000. If you want to generate a certain number of TANs, e.g. 99 choose Own in the drop-down menu next to Generate TAN Codes (Minimum: 10, Maximum: 10.000). The TANs are generated as CSV files, which you can also download. Just click on the icon in the middle to the right. If you have more stamp cards in your app you can make your TANs valid for all stamp cards by clicking on the small world icon. With X you mark all TANs as invalid.
In the user status you can see how many stamps your users have already redeemed or which prizes they have received. In the example above I collected all ten stamps, received a prize (Claimed rewards = 1) and received a new stamp card that does not yet have any collected stamps (number of stamps = 0).
