Where can I find the placeholders?
The message field of your campaign is marked with a blue plus sign. If you click on it, you can choose from the following placeholders:
If, for example, you want to address all your users with their name with your message, you can use the placeholder Name when creating your message:
Generate a fallback
If you want to reach all users, but you know that not everyone has yet entered their name in the App profile, you can also create a fallback for the placeholder name. To do this, click on the placeholder in the message. In the small window you can then enter the corresponding fallback and click on the check mark to accept your setting. You then address your users e.g. with Dear user or another suitable salutation. That would then look like this:
You can use fallbacks for each placeholder.
Can I also delete placeholders?
Yes, you can delete any placeholder. To delete a placeholder, simply click on the small red cross in the placeholder.
