Reach your customers and users at any time with push notifications
In the native app, downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, push notifications can be sent and received by app users.
There are several ways you can send push messages to your users:
Promo section in the dashboard
In the Manage > Promote > Push Notifications section you can compose, set and send a push notification to your users.
In the Message window, you compose the message you want to send to your customers. You can also add emojis to your message.
You can also specify whether a specific module should be opened when your customers open the push message. You may want someone to reserve a table for you. Then you can forward this app user directly to the table reservation module.
You can send your message either immediately or at a scheduled time. Here you can set the date and time.
Once you have made your desired settings, click on the Send button.
User management in the dashboard
Under Users in the Manage section of your dashboard you can also send a scheduled push notification by clicking on the push notifications button above the user list.
Alternatively you can select a user from the user list and send him a push notification via the mobile icon on the right.
Or you can call up a specific user profile and send a push notification via the mobile phone icon.
